Teaching is a lifetime profession. A teacher must beat all the odds to do her duty well and my teacher beated them all!
A teacher is a friend--a friend you can depend on anytime. A friend who teaches you everything and will never let you fall... I see her everytime I go to school. She always possess that smile that can make you smile too. She is definitely a jolly person. She teaches us everything she knows. She never fails to make us smile during our class discussions, that's what I like about her! She's a perfectionist at times, but her care and understanding is always there. She makes us feel what an ordinary student should feel. Her uniqueness is really something...She is an epitome of perfection for me, an ideal mom! She's one of our mamitas in school, perhaps the coolest and the jolliest one. She's doing her job with might and her advices gives us courage and inspiration to strive harder.
She is no other than Mrs. Editha Giron,our Social Studies teacher,my hero! A loving wife, caring mother and understanding teacher....

Adapting to Diverse Science Culture for Development

As time passed by, many differences were already made by Science and Technology not only in our country but in the whole world. It made all things possible.

Science is applied in our daily life. Science, together with technology, made our lives easier. From a paper fan to an electric ones, a horsecart to a car, that's the magic of science! Science already made a different kind of development from generations to generations and that is for our betterment. Science had gone through metamorphosis and I think, we also need this process- process of adapting new inventions brought to us by the science culture. Adapting to these diverse Science Culture for our development is an important thing for without this, we'll not be able to go with the flow of our present generation. The Science world is still expected to give us a higher level of development- not just national but a global one. Maybe someday, we'll be able to ride on a flying boat or on a swimming plane perhaps. We all see the products of science everywhere but the least we can do is to adapt ourselves to those products.

Nothing is permanent in this world so we must always expect for change and adapt ourselves to it.

The Filipino dialect, the language for all. As moments pass by, many dialects are dispersing nationally. Dialects which seems to be very diffucult to understand. Because of this matter, the Filipino lingo was proclaimed to be our National language by Manuel L. Quezon which us a native of Baler, Quezon.He made this in order that the Filipinos will be comprehending with each other. The Filipino lingo is also the key to our nationalized identity. We are not unlike to the other people when we set off to other places for we are carrying our armor--our state language. Filipino Language is also an instrument in attaining our most precious dream--PEACE. The lingo that had been started by Manuel L. Quezon will lead us to the fulfillment we have been dreaming of.

Exploring The Internet..

Entering the high school life,many things are expected from me. I am expected to learn and to discover things by myself. Having the subject TLE in our class, I've learned and discovered things and I've also faced so many challenges, I've learned a wider knowledge on Internet. I discovered how it originated and discovered it's tools, services and components. I've learned many things on Internet that I can now apply in my daily life specially now that we are on the computer age.
There are some problems that I encountered during the first quarter. One of the problems that I've met is memorizing. It's hard to memorize the very long history of Internet. Another problem I've met is all about the time. We are three in our group and it's hard to divide our time among us three especially in making our activities.
There ia always a solution in every problem. We solved our problems with our determination and by doing our best. We helped each other and luckily, we were able to solve those problems. In my part, I've done everything I can to memorize everything and I am still in the stage of adjusting.
Moving on, I will try to be more attentive in our class and I'll try to be active. I will do my best to cope up with the problems that I will be facing again.

Speak in English and Filipino with Kindness

Language is a very important communication tool. It helps us be united in every thing that we do.

Here in the Philippines, we are using two major languages, that is the Filipino and the English language. Filipino as we all kn ow is our national language. It is used all over the country and it is really having a very big role for us Filipinos.The language Filipino breaks the barriers between the cultural differences of the citizens.With this language, Filipinos can easily express their emotions and instincts. Another language that we are using is the international language which is the English. This language is used globally.With this very useful language, Filipinos will not only be competitive but a very globally competitive one.A working knowledge of English had been made as a requirementy in many fields.Some linguists also recognize that one impact of this language is that it is used to reduce native linguistic diversity and its huge influence continues to play an important role in language attrition. We may not be a very good speaker with this language but what is important is that we can express our thoughts and feelings, when the languages are used with kindness. It maybe hard to practice these languages at first but when you are used to it, surely you'll be more socially accepted.

There are many important things that these languages may bring to us, so we must not only practice it but use it with kindness.

PROPER NUTRITION FOR LIFESTYLE DISEASES PREVENTION.

ALL HEALTH IS BETTER THAN WEALTH..IT IS A GOD- GIVEN GIFT-- A VERY IMPORTANT THING THAT A MAN POSSESS..

HEALTH IS THE CENTER OF MAN'S HAPPINESS AND POWER SO WE MUST BE AWARE ON HOW TO KEEP IT IN GOOD CONDITION. STAYING HEALTHY INVOLVES MAKING CHOICES. REGULARITY OF EXERCISE IS DESIRABLE, AND IT IS IMPORTANT THAT NO FORM OF VIOLENT EXERCISE OR EXTREME EXERTION IS UNDERTAKEN SUDDENLY. A GRADUAL WARMING- UP IS ESSENTIAL TO PREVENT INJURY. A CAR ENGINE SOON BREAKS DOWN IF IT HAS DIRTY WATER IN ITS TANK,RATHER THAN PROPER FUEL. THE HUMAN BODY ALSO NEEDS PROPER FUEL IN THE FORM OF HEALTHY FOODS AND DRINKS. AS IMPORTANT AS REGULAR EXERCISE IS WELL-BALANCED NUTRITION. SMOKING AND DRUGS ARE LIKELY TO SERIOUSLY DAMAGE ONE'S HEALTH,AND EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL INTAKE,APART FROM AFFECTING JUDGEMENT AND OTHER MENTAL PROCESSES, IS ALSO DETRIMENTAL TO HEALTH.

NOWADAYS, MANY DISEASES ARE BECOMING A HINDRANCE TO ONE'S HEALTHY LIVING. AN EXAMPLE OF THOSE IS THE DIABETES.WITH PROPER NUTRITION, THESE DISEASES CAN SURELY BE PREVENTED! SO, WE MUST PAY A VERY MUCH IMPORTANT ON OUR HEALTH.

WITHOUT PROPER NUTRITION AND PROPER HEALTH, LIFE IS NOT LIFE; IT IS UNLIVABLE.. WITHOUT HEALTH, LIFE SPELLS BUT LANGUOR AND IS AN IMAGE OF DEATH..SO, LET PROPER NUTRITION BE A TOOL FOR LIFESTYLE DISEASES PREVENTION!
